Why Hydroseed?
Hydroseed refers to the combination of grass seed with fertilizer and water - known as a "slurry" - and is used to effectively jumpstart the germination process by retaining the moisture of your seed in your soil.

Hydroseeding is the most cost-effective way to establish grass growth and generally has a very high success rate (site prep is everything!), with stunning results that are visibly superior to hand seeding.

Hydroseed services provide great flexibility compared to sod when it comes to the type of seed required for specific projects. Hydroseed mixtures can use multiple varieties of seed, allowing us to tailor the mixture to your land conditions and terrain.

Money and time are tied directly to your bottom line, and when hydroseeding, you'll save both! Our hydroseeding generally costs roughly $.20 per square foot (give or take), 75% LESS than laying sod. This is because hydroseeding is not nearly as laborious as installing sod.

Hydroseeding produces superior results because the slurry application encourages deeper roots, helping the seed establish fast and securely. Hydroseed fibers interlock and create a mat that yields strong roots, robust growth, and green + healthy grass.

The mat style and texture of the hydroseed is an effective erosion control method because of its stabilizing quality. It will stay in place through most heavy rains - even on steep slopes and in windy weather.
